Client brief
We’re looking for a modern, welcoming home that feels bright and open, but still gives us plenty of privacy. We really like the idea of different textures and layers on the façade— something that stands out without being too flashy. We also want practical outdoor areas for entertaining and relaxing, and a layout that’s easy to live in day-to-day.
Our Approach - Option 1
In response to their vision for a modern yet welcoming home, this design features clean, contemporary lines complemented by a subtle palette and refined textures. Layered volumes and carefully curated lighting create a sophisticated façade, while the inviting front terrace provides ample opportunities for outdoor living and relaxation.
Our Approach - Option 2
This option features an exposed brick façade that brings both character and welcoming texture. Contemporary geometry, large openings, extended terraces, and integrated landscaping all work together to create versatile outdoor spaces that still feel cozy and inviting.
